1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter the “Seller”),
and the customer (hereinafter the “Buyer”).
These Terms apply to purchases made through the online store available at www.dctrecords.cz, specializing in vinyl records, clothing, and digital music products.
By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
All product presentations on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
The purchase agreement is concluded when the Buyer submits the order, completes payment, and receives order confirmation via e-mail.
The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate and complete information necessary for order processing.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed including VAT and all applicable fees.
Accepted payment methods:
- online card payment
- other methods listed on the website.
The Seller will issue an invoice, which is either sent via e-mail or included in the shipment.
4. Delivery Conditions
Physical Products (Vinyl Records & Clothing)
Products are processed after the order is placed.
The Seller may require up to 5 business days to prepare the order for dispatch.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–10 days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., downloadable music files) are delivered electronically after successful payment via a download link provided to the Buyer.
By completing the purchase, the Buyer expressly agrees to the immediate supply of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, they lose their right of withdrawal once the delivery of digital content has begun.
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, except in cases of a demonstrable technical defect preventing the download or use of the file.
The download link for digital products allows a maximum of two (2) downloads. After the second download, the download link will automatically expire.
5. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving physical goods without giving a reason.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods must be complete and undamaged.
The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the Buyer’s prior consent.
6. Complaints and Warranty
The statutory warranty period for physical goods is 24 months, unless stated otherwise.
The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the Seller of any defects without undue delay.
Complaints may be submitted via the contact e-mail listed on the website.
The Seller will resolve complaints without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
Digital products are covered only in cases of demonstrable technical defect.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

8. Final Provisions
Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; the current version is always available on the website.
9. License for Digital Content
By purchasing digital products from the Seller, the Buyer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital music files.
The Buyer may use the files for personal and professional purposes, including public playback (for example DJ performances, radio broadcasts, or events).
The Buyer is not permitted to copy, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the files available to third parties without prior written permission from the Seller.
These Terms take effect on 27.2.2026.
