Shipping policy
1. Processing times
All physical products (vinyl records and clothing) are processed within up to 5 business days after the order is placed.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:- EU: 2–7 business days- International: 5–20 business daysDelivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before completing your order.4. Digital Products Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment via a download link sent to the buyer's email address.
Each digital product may be downloaded a maximum of two (2) times. After the second download, the download link will automatically expire.
No physical shipping applies to digital products.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside the Seller’s control.
The risk of damage passes to the buyer when the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
